Delivery information for St James Collection and The Sterlingham Co. products ordered from London Brassware, and our returns policy.

How quickly will my order arrive?

St James Collection product lead times are dependent on the finish selected;

  • Bright Chrome - 2 Weeks
  • Bright Nickel - 6 Weeks
  • Brushed Nickel - 6 Weeks
  • Antique Gold - 6 Weeks
  • Unlacquered Brass - 6 Weeks
  • Unlacquered Copper - 6 Weeks

Depending on the type of Sterlingham product you are purchasing, the following lead times apply:

  • Wash Stands - Made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order
  • Towel Rails - Made to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from the date of order
  • Accessories - Some accessories are held in stock. Non-stock accessories will be made to order, so please allow a lead time of approximately 4 weeks

Is a Saturday delivery possible?

Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries on a Saturday are possible by special arrangement, please contact us when placing your order. Not all areas of the UK are covered by a Saturday delivery service, please check with us in advance.

Emergency Delivery Service

If you require your goods more urgently please contact us in the UK on 01603 558271 (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm).

We will respond within 1 hour with the options (and costs) to deliver your order more quickly. In some cases this can be same day or next day and include a weekend delivery.

Special Delivery Arrangements (e.g. Restricted Access)

Larger items including towel rails and basin stands will be delivered using our pallet network partner. This delivery will take place on a lorry with a tail lift. If you live in an area where delivery by lorry is not possible due to access restrictions please can you advise us of this at the time of ordering by e-mail. We will try to accommodate access restrictions using our delivery network, but it may be necessary to make additional charges for delivery if we have to cross ship items to smaller vehicles locally to access your property.

Our standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery only. If you live in a block of flats, or have specific delivery requirements beyond the standard service, please contact the London Brassware UK Customer Service Team on 01603 558271 or info@londonbrassware.co.uk. We will be pleased to discuss how we may be able to assist with your specific delivery requirements.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland

Standard UK Delivery is free for all orders over £150.00 inc VAT. We make a small charge of £12 inc VAT for orders under £150.00.

Non-Mainland UK

For non-mainland UK locations, including the Channel Islands (see below for Northern Ireland delivery), there is an additional delivery cost of £35 +VAT applied at the checkout when you input your delivery details.

Northern Ireland

Due to the changes in shipping costs between the UK mainland and Northern Ireland as a result of Brexit, we are currently offering delivery to Northern Ireland on a quote basis only. Please contact us on 01603 558271 to talk to a member of the team about the additional charges that will be incurred.

International Orders

For deliveries to addresses outside the UK, please contact the London Brassware Customer Service Team on 01603 558271 or info@londonbrassware.co.uk for a delivery quote.

Receiving your Product(s)

All goods will be delivered at ground floor level only and will require level access. Please open your goods carefully as the packaging will need to be in good order should you wish to return them.
